Scholarships for 2026-27

Applications open from March to May every year. Up to 100% fee waiver for meritorious students.

Merit Scholarship
Up to 50% fee waiver
For students scoring above 90% in previous final examination.
  • 90%+ in Class X / XII (for senior classes)
  • 85%+ in internal exams (for junior classes)
  • Consistent academic performance
Sports Excellence
Up to 40% fee waiver
For students who have represented at district/state/national level.
  • Medal winners in recognized competitions
  • Selection in state/national camps
  • Sports trial at school
Single Girl Child
25% fee concession
Encouraging education of the girl child from families with one daughter.
  • Only daughter of parents
  • Satisfactory academic record
  • Applicable for all classes
Sibling Concession
15% on second child, 20% on third
For families with more than one child studying in Maharani Convent.
  • Both children enrolled simultaneously
  • Concession on tuition fee only
  • Applicable from second child onward
EWS Scholarship
Up to 100% fee waiver
For meritorious students from economically weaker backgrounds.
  • Family income < ₹2 lakh per annum
  • Minimum 75% in previous class
  • Verified through documents & interview
Defence/Police Ward
20% fee concession
For children of serving/retired defence & police personnel.
  • Valid service/retirement ID card
  • Applicable to all classes

How to Apply for Scholarship

Obtain Form

Collect scholarship application form from school office or download from website.

Submit Documents

Attach mark sheets, income certificate (if applicable), and supporting proofs.

Verification

Scholarship committee reviews applications and may call for interview.

Approval & Disbursal

Selected candidates receive fee adjustment from the next quarter.
